Delivery Methods

• All shipments are FOB from factory. If the shipping method is not specified, we reserve the right to ship the order by overnight air freight to meet the deadline. For direct shipment to the USA, all shipments are FOB Miami and are invoiced in US dollars.
• Methods: We will follow your shipping instructions. If no instructions are given, we will select the carrier at our discretion. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur after the merchandise has left our factory.
• The distributor assumes responsibility for transport costs for all speculative samples.
• All COD shipments will be refused.
• * If additional shipping charges apply, the customer is responsible for payment, even in the case of free delivery. Here is a non-exhaustive list of additional charges commonly billed to Trimline by the carrier: wrong address provided by the customer, use of hydraulic elevator, waiting time for delivery, home delivery, domestic delivery, 2nd delivery attempt, delivery refused, remote area, delivery by appointment.
• Split shipments: $20.00 charge per split shipment for more than 5 shipments.

**All products that have been washed, printed, dyed or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Samples are not returnable. Samples purchased at special prices are not returnable. Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid by the customer. Graphitek promo Inc. reserves the right to refuse an unauthorized return and will return it at the customer’s expense.
